The August 8 wildfires on the beautiful island of Maui have left a trail of destruction in their wake, sweeping through communities and leaving heartbreak in their path. Families have lost their homes, their belongings, and their sense of security. Amidst the chaos, children, elders, and vulnerable individuals are left struggling to find shelter, food, and the necessities that many of us take for granted.

The road to recovery may be long, but every small step we take together makes a significant impact. Your donation, no matter the size, will play a pivotal role in helping these families rise from the ashes and rebuild their lives.

Mission Statement

Founded in 1997 and nurtured ever since by the staff, family and friends of UFCW 8-Golden State, the Loveall Foundation for Children provides meaningful opportunities to children to overcome challenges, live better lives and reach their full potential. Contributions to our all-volunteer non-profit organization go directly to programs benefiting children near and far.

The Inspiration

Through the years, the Loveall home has been like a community center where kids from all over gather. Jack and Patricia love children —  their own and many more from their continually growing family of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family. It was natural to create a children’s charity in their name.

People who come together in this organization have the best principles at heart. They dedicate themselves to giving children better opportunities. They are the people who do the work to make our society more kind and nurturing.

From the beginning, our focus has been on changing the world, one child at a time. We are encouraged greatly by the generous contributions our supporters have given, both financially and in their time and hard work on behalf of children in need. Since 1997, our supporters have contributed millions of dollars, countless hours and lots of laughter and tears to improve the lives of at-risk children in California, throughout the United States and around the world.
